How to Stream Songs With Amazon Music on Roku

Amazon Music is a digital music streaming service that gives you access to millions of songs, podcasts, and videos from artists worldwide. I will show you how to get Amazon music on Roku TV and three different ways to get Amazon music on your TV using your phone.

For this demonstration, I will be using an iPhone. This will work on any model TV and any TV year as long as you have an HDMI connection to plug into.

Method 1: Using Roku Device

The first way to get Amazon music on Roku TV with an iPhone. Here are the instructions:

Ensure Roku is Up-to-Date. The first thing you will want to do is grab your remote control and hit the home button if you’re not already there. This is the home screen, and you’ll want to ensure that your Roku is up to date on its latest firmware. Go down to System, click over, and then go to System Update and click OK. Then click Check Now to ensure it’s on the latest software update.

Activate Apple AirPlay. Once your Roku is updated, click the home button again to return to the home screen. Next, go to Settings and click on Apple AirPlay and HomeKit. This is a feature Roku has implemented on most of its devices. Once on this screen, ensure your iPhone and Roku devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Screen Mirroring On your iPhone, swipe down from the top right corner to bring up the menu. Tap Screen Mirroring and select your Roku device. Once connected, enter the code shown on the TV (for example, 3393) to begin mirroring.

Enjoy Amazon Music. Once your devices are connected, your iPhone screen will be mirrored onto the TV, allowing you to enjoy Amazon Music.

Method 2: Using Amazon Fire Stick or Fire TV

The second way to get Amazon music on your TV with an iPhone is to use an Amazon Fire Stick or Fire TV. Here are the instructions for this way:

      1. Install the App On your Fire TV, go to the magnifying glass and search for A Power Mirror. Install the App and open it.
      2. Grant Permissions: The App will request permission to access photos, media, and files. Click Allow. Then, go to the Phone Screen Mirroring tab and click on it. A QR code will appear on the screen.
      3. Connect via iPhone: Open the camera app on your iPhone and scan the QR code. Once scanned, it will redirect you to download the A Power Mirror app on your iPhone.
      4. Start Screen Mirroring After installing the App, swipe down from the top right corner of your iPhone and tap Screen Mirroring. Select A Power Soft from the options, and the mirroring will begin.
      5. Enjoy Amazon Music Now, you can enjoy Amazon Music on your TV via the Fire Stick or Fire TV.

Method 3: Using Apple TV 4K

The last way to get Amazon music on your TV with an iPhone is using an Apple TV 4K. Here are the instructions:

Setup Apple TV 4K First, make sure you have your Apple TV 4K all set up, installed, and attached to your iCloud account.

Enable AirPlay. Go to Settings on your Apple TV and select AirPlay and HomeKit. Ensure AirPlay is turned on. If this is your first time setting up, you may need to pair your iPhone by unlocking it and holding it near the Apple TV.

Screen Mirroring On your iPhone, swipe down from the top right corner to bring up the menu and tap Screen Mirroring. Select Apple TV from the options. The devices will begin to mirror, and your iPhone screen will appear on your TV.
